Sitefyd US ships small business websites in 4 weeks without rushing the parts that matter. Here's exactly what happens, week by week.

1. 1. Discovery call

   Week 0

   30-minute call to understand your goals, audience, and constraints. Free, no commitment. You'll receive a written brief and fixed-price quote within 1 business day.

2. 2. Strategy & sitemap

   Week 1

   We define the conversion goal for every page, lock the sitemap, and agree on success metrics. You sign off before any design work starts.

3. 3. Design

   Week 2

   Two homepage directions, one revision round, then a complete page-by-page design system in Figma. You see the work daily, no surprise reveals.

4. 4. Build

   Week 3

   Front-end build, CMS configuration, integrations, and on-page SEO. Daily Loom updates so you always know where things stand.

5. 5. Launch

   Week 4

   QA across devices and browsers, Core Web Vitals tuning, redirect mapping (if redesign), analytics setup, and DNS cutover. We watch the site for 48 hours after launch.

6. 6. 30-day support

   Post-launch

   30 days of free fixes for anything that breaks or behaves unexpectedly. Optional Care retainer takes over after that, from $120/month.
